Rowdy the Elf!

Hello!
I keep asking myself, 'where was Rowdy when I was a kid' and the answer I came up with was, 'it wouldn't have been fun for you as kid, it's better as an adult!!'  It's true!  I have so much fun discovering where Rowdy is each morning and seeing the kids faces light up with delight!

In case Rowdy hasn't visited your home, let me explain.  Santa sends one elf to a child's house to watch over them and report back to Santa each night.  Our elf was named Rowdy by the boys as part of the book.  He flies to the North Pole each night, then comes back to our house in a different spot each day.  Sometimes he gets into trouble or is sleeping in from his long travels, it just depends on Rowdy's mood that day ;)
Here are a few pictures of our adventures with Rowdy:

We found Rowdy and this book the first day!

Not sure if this is Rowdy or the pickle - but I think he's in there somewhere!

Keeping our Jewish roots - lighting the Menorah!

Rowdy and his bows all over the kitchen!
