Summer Fun! 2016 was a HOT one!

Here are some more of our Summer 2016 adventures!  We love summer and all the fun things we can do.  It seems to always fly by - you know things are settling down when the school supplies come out in stores - it is always over too soon!  BUT, we make the best of it and love making memories!

We took a quick trip to Winter Park with our cousin Quincie and Gigi.  We had a great time at the base of the mountain doing the activities there.

We also lost a few teeth - Cohen's first 2 baby teeth fell out within a week of each other!  The first was pulled out by Dad, during dinner (we were worried he would eat it and swallow it).  The second we used the Floss Method to yank that baby out in the bath!  Both were a shock!  Both invited the Tooth Fairy to pay a visit and bring Cohen $1.50!  As a mom, this is a exciting milestone!  Such a fun time and I've found a 'weird joy' in pulling teeth!  Ew!

We also made it to Copper Mountain, did some horse back riding, and had an awesome visit with our Nana Kagen!  We saw our good friend Leah play her guitar at Copper in front of a huge crowd!  We also got to ride our Fave pony, Eclipse a few times.  We may just have a future cowboy in the fam!  Cohen did muttin' bustin' at the DC Fair and Rodeo and loved it!

Our summers are always filled with pool and park time, fun in the sun and friends.  We try and have a good balance of work and play but it's usually all play.  I'm thankful I get to be at home with these 2 guys and share in their adventures.  It's beyond anything I imagined for my life and am truly blessed.  Memories can't be taken away and will always be cherished!
