A quick fall trip to Glenwood is always an amazing adventure! The best part was that the boys got to ride the Amtrak Train (5 hours!) through the canyon and up the mountains! The even BETTER part was I had to drive (by myself!!!) alllll the way to Glenwood. In the peace and quiet of the car. With ANY music I chose. And no one yelling at me for a snack! HA! I missed those boys, but the 3 hour drive was a welcome break.
While we were there we swam in the Hot Springs, went down the slides, checked out Adventure Park, a family fave, and ate and drank too! We love that little town and love hanging there with our cousins!
